Community Outreach

Presbyterian Disciples Church houses the Lexington Food Pantry and Commodities.

Food Pantry is held two Fridays every month. The 1st Friday is 9:00-11:00am and the 3rd Friday is 1:00-3:00pm. These days will be labeled on our event calendar. There are income guidelines for the Food Pantry and individuals must be Lexington School District residents only.

Leta Grom is the Coordinator for the Food Pantry and can be contacted by leaving a message at 660-251-3474.

Harvesters has a Food Drop on the 2nd Monday of every month at the United Methodist Church beginning at 9am. There are no income guidelines for this program and anyone is eligible.

Commodities is held the 4th Thursday of every month from 8:30-11:30am and Ann Coen is the coordinator for this program. Commodities is for anyone in Lafayette County who meets income guidelines.

The food pantry is always in need of donations as well as volunteers to help unload and stock food. If you have any questions, please call Leta at (660) 251-3474.
